Pas de petit déjeuner. Aucune suggestion lors du checkin. Accueil avec un liquide orange qui semble être un médicament saveur orange. Pas de ménage en 3 jours et 2 nuits. Piscine avec une eau trouble qui ne semble pas se renouveler. Chambre qui semble être nettoyée, des cheveux dans la douche, flaque d’eau. Trous dans le haut de la salle de bains. Pour finir, de gros rats entrent dans la chambre la nuit. Il suffit d’avoir un paquet de biscuits pour qu’ils entrent par un trou de la porte du balcon : inadmissible. Séjours catastrophique qui s’est écourté au bout de deux nuits.

Our family stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel, I found the property to be calming, felt very comfortable. Our room was lovely, bed comfortable. The pool was delightful and good temperature to take the heat off and plenty seating around it. The staff were lovely and especially lovely Manageress sorry her name escapes me for now. We were greeted with the best fresh orange juice we have every had. The hotel is a short walk to Mushroom Bay which is lovely with Restaurants on the beach serving nice meals. The whole Island is definitely worth a visit.

Det værste ophold i mit liv

Jeg har haft samlet 4 overnatninger på hotellet, hvilket er 4 overnatninger for meget. God lokation, men alt andet er bare for dårligt. Mug på vægge, seng, bruser. Håndvasken er tilstoppet. Der er aldrig foretaget grundig rengøring. Personalet er sødt, men det er alle indonesere. Ville give nul stjerner hvis muligt. Billederne taler for sig selv.

Veldig fint sted ved Mushroom Bay. God valuta for pengene. Rommet er fint, bassengområdet er bra og plasseringen er god. Badet kunne trengt en oppussing, men det fungerer helt fint. Vi fikk også god hjelp til leie av scooter og booking av transport. Ville absolutt booket her igjen.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa at Mushroom Beach! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. They helped organize day trips and adventures for us, making it easy to explore the area, and were a great support when our son fell ill, assisting us with care. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Mushroom Beach, restaurants, and cafes. It was also very convenient to reach from the fast ferries, which made our arrival stress-free. While there was some construction during the day, it didn’t disrupt our plans, and the nights were peaceful and quiet. We’re grateful for such a memorable stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Lembongan!

Would not recommend

Needs maintenance. Pool was stale. Unfinished walls and ceilings. We left after one night even though we had booked 2. Would not recommend unfortunately. Staff was kind, but it's not enough...

We stayed at the property for 4 nights , limited wifi in the rooms , shared balcony with room next door , no hot water after second day , tv didn’t work, bathroom dated , room was however clean and beautiful view from balcony overlooking the trees and water , nice little pool and staff very friendly, steep 3 min walk down to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants and warungs around , lots to do if wanted or just chill out on mushroom beach and absorb life , best beach we seen in that area

Friendly staff and very helpful Rooms were serviced daily the property was maintained beautifully close to mushroom bay on our departure the staff went out of their way assisting us with our luggage to the ferry. will definitely return to this property We would give this property a 4 star rating

If I could give 0 star I would. The location is in the middle of nowhere, the roads were bumpy . Staff were not friendly at all. In the middle of all of that the bedsheet were dirty with stains and other people’s perfume. Disgusting. The bathroom has terrible smell, the shampoo has molds in it and on top of that the sink was clogged. Disgusting. AVOID that place!!!

Great place to stay

I ended up extending my stay 3 times. And will be back next season for much longer. Very very nice, kind and friendly family run hotel. Staff is so helpful. I felt at home there. Wonderful.
