Stayed for over a month, it's located in a decent spot everything is practically in walking distance. The room I had was pretty nice, the fridge wasn't the best but far from the worst. Laundry was a bit expensive imo and one machine leaked and one dryer was out of order. I rate my overall stay a solid 4 out of 5. It's says non smoking that's all I can say about that.

All I'll say is you get what you pay for!!! I would not advise you to stay there. Spend the extra few dollars to get something decent.

It was a short stay for me and the staff was great. The room was decent. The appliances definitely need to be updated, but overall I’d stay again if I had to.

I stayed for 4 days. It was in a good area near Wendover. The room was clean, and it smelled clean, with no dog smell. The air worked well and the kitchen had a full stove, with an oven! I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town.

This is a very basic hotel. Rooms are sufficiently clean, the front desk hours are from 9AM -10PM. No one there after hours. First floor rooms are essentially in the basement.

We had 2 rooms, 1 the bathroom was dirty, I let them know late and they said they would clean it the next day…never happened. Fire alarm went off the 2nd night at 4:30 in the morning, everyone was outside waiting for word. Fire trucks came, turned alarm off and left….nothing said. It is basically a property that people live full-time in and although I was not bothered by any of the transient surroundings, my father really never quite felt comfortable due to everyone hanging out outside all the time, like one would at home. Water pressure was not good and the towels did nothing in way of drying one off….a paper towel would have worked better.

Inside was acceptable. The mountains of dog poop at the building entrances was undesirable.

Everything was great! The room was very spacious. You can't beat having a full kitchen in your room for the price that you pay, it was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. I've paid way more for way less. If I ever have to book another stay in Greensboro, I will stay here again.

THIS WAS A LAST MINUTE STAY BECAUSE I RENTED OUT MY HOUSE FOR THE WEEKEND. FOR THE PRICE, THIS IS AN EXCELLENT OPTION. I FOUND IT WAS A LOT CHEAPER TO BOOK ON EXPEDIA RATHER THE HOTEL ITSELF. IT IS LOCATED IN AREA ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYTHING AND SOME THINGS ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I'M ISED TO STAYING IN MUCH FANCIER PLACES BUT NEEDED SOMETHING QUICK, AFFORDABLE, AND LAST MINUTE AND THIS WAS IT. THE ROOM ITSELF IS DECENT HOWEVER I DIDN'T CARE TOO MUCH FOR THE OLD BATHTUB. ALSO, ALTHOUGH EVERY UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN, BE PREPARED TO BRING YOUR OWN COOKING ESSENTIALS FROM EVERYTHING TO POTS N PANS AND UTENSILS BECAUSE THAT IS NOT PROVIDED. OVERALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WOULD RETURN IN THE FUTRE. THIS PLACE IS SURPRISINGLY VERY QUIET.
