We stayed in the Big Horn Lodge, which looked nice from the outside. I'll describe the room as spartan. There was no TV, fridge, microwave, bedskirts on the beds, or doors on the closet. The bathtub lacked grab bars and a bath mat---my wife slipped. The room had a QR code for the Cafe, which closed at 5:30, but the website apparently hasn't been updated since Spring.

The grounds are amazing. So much wildlife. We stayed at cedar ridge. It’s dated but very clean. No tvs in the rooms. WiFi is not good. But the scenery is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again.

Magical place! A castle, Great hiking, grounds are incredible, lodging was great and you’ve got the same giant rocks right outside your door as Garden of the Gods. This trip we also saw Big Horn sheep in front of the castle, along with the large number of turkeys. Breakfast is excellent as are all of the staff & volunteers. Rates are very inexpensive. We love it!

Never miss this place when you are in the area

Excellent stay! Exceeded our expectation! Amazing rock view and surrounding with tons of animal! Beside the castle is super cool and breakfast is top quality. Service are friendly and people there love their job. Can't wait to come back and visit it again!

Great property adjacent to the Garden of the Gods. It has a Christian theme to it but we never felt overwhelmed by that with the exception that all staff and guests were extremely friendly. Awesome buffet breakfast was included too.

Glen Eyrie was a beautiful hotel in a magnificent setting. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was quiet and fairly clean (the shower had a lot of hair in it - gross), the breakfast buffet was free and delicious. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking.

The grounds are spectacular and everything is immaculate and clean. This is not as much a hotel experience as a retreat. The rooms are a bit spartan and there are no TVs. It’s designed to relax and reflect. There is very good WiFi so you can access everything you like. We stayed in cedar lodge and my only complaint is the ‘musty’ smell in the entire building. Other than that, this place is romantic and relaxing.

Se siete alla ricerca di un posto speciale dove soggiornare a Colorado Springs, non lasciatevi sfuggire questa struttura: è davvero unica nel suo genere! L’hotel è immerso in giardini spettacolari, curatissimi in ogni dettaglio. Passeggiare tra i vialetti circondati dal verde, con la possibilità di incontrare animali in libertà, è stata un’esperienza magica. Un altro punto forte è la colazione servita al castello: un ambiente elegante e una ricca proposta tra proposte salate e dolci. La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti dal meraviglioso Garden of the Gods – una delle attrazioni naturali più spettacolari della zona.

Breathtakingly Beautiful property with Castle!

This place is incredible! We didn’t stay in the castle but we did have a great breakfast there. Grounds and hiking trails are just beautiful and you’re right next to Garden of the Gods so the rock formations are right there! Very reasonable rates and everything was just perfect. We will be back!!!
