Horrível de péssimo condições de manutenção, trocamos de quarto em dois dias de hospedagem 4 vezes, pois simplesmente a central de ar parou de funcionar, toda vez que entrávamos no quarto com 20 minutos a central parava e ninguém sabia concertar nem solucionar o problema, uma das vezes passou a noite molhando o quarto de água da central, o elevador só vivia parado com problema, resumindo o preço não condiz com serviço oferecido

O hotel é muitíssimo bem localizado, fácil acesso a tudo inclusive ao Porto pros passeios às ilhas. Nosso apto era super confortável, amplo, bem decorado, de frente pra praça e exatamente por isso muito barulhento. Mas o barulho pior vinha de um "rooftop" contíguo ao hotel que simplesmente em algumas noites não nos deixou dormir porque o "batidão", além de varar a madrugada parecia estar dentro do quarto. O barulho era tanto que tivemos que mudar para um quarto que não absorvia o barulho mas sem a vista e o conforto do primeiro. Uma pena!

Estadia excelente, muito bem localizado, ambiente agradável e limpo, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro com água quente (só demora um pouco pra esquentar), café da manhã bom (mesa com frutas, pães, frios, iogurte, cereais e bebidas a vontade, e cardápio com 8 opções para escolher 1), destaque para o rooftop que tem uma bela piscina e ofurô e também um bar.

O hotel é super bem localizado próximo dos principais pontos de visitação dentro da cidade murada. Fica bem perto também do local de onde saem os passeios de barco. Dá para ir para o forte e Getsemaní a pé. O quarto é amplo com cama confortável, cafeteira, frigobar, ferro e tábua. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, no entanto o chuveiro é um pouco fraco. O café da manhã é bom, com opções de pães, frutas, sucos, iogurtes e itens preparados na hora como arepas e omeletes.

O hotel é muito charmoso. A localização na cidade Amuralhada é otima, perto de tudo (dá pra fazer todo centro historico e Getsemani a pe). A regiao é bastante segura inclusive a noite. Camas, chuveiro e café da manha muito bons.

Pool was unavailable due to private party and this is the 2nd time this has occurred. The same thing happened on a previous trip. To make matters worse, our room was directly beneath the pool bar area. They began their party preparations at 5am and it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. Fortunately, they moved us to a different room the next day. I like this property but if they continue to block the pool area for weddings or other private events, they should stop advertising that the property has a pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the Santa Catalina Hotel. It was the final night on our trip to Colombia and second hotel in Cartagena. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooftop was a highlight! The room itself was a bit small and darker compared to other places we stayed on the trip. The location was right in the middle of the city and very close to whatever we wanted to go to.

I love this hotel so much! It’s beautiful, so comfortable, the staff are so kind and welcoming, the food is so fresh and amazing!!! The rooftop was lovely to have to cool down after mornings walking around the walled city, which you must do if you stay here because you’re smack in the middle!!! It’s amazing, my boyfriend and I loved it so much, we booked the King Superior room and it was lovely! I was in awe each time we came back to our hotel, I’m huge on nature and architecture and this hotel has both! Mucho Gracias Hotel Santa Catalina I will be back!:)

The staff were so welcoming at this hotel & did everything to make you feel welcome. The included breakfast was amazing & the waiting staff here went above and beyond. The rooms were a little dated but it is an old city so it's to be expected. Shower room was great, bed super comfy, safe in room. great rooftop with good views to the square. Negatives were the huge TV stuck out into the room at an odd angle and the 1 elevator was Super slow

A Magical Stay at Santa Catalina Hotel in Cartagena Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful stay at Santa Catalina Hotel in Cartagena. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to explore Cartagena’s charming streets, vibrant plazas, and incredible restaurants on foot. Despite being so centrally located,our room itself was a peaceful oasis, offering an escape from the city’s lively energy. The property is stunning, with a rich history as a former monastery that has been beautifully restored while preserving its colonial charm. Traveling as a family with teenagers and kids, we found the hotel to be both welcoming and accommodating. The rooftop pool was a favorite spot for our children to unwind, while we enjoyed some drinks and views of the city. Every detail, from the comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast, exceeded our expectations. Santa Catalina Hotel is truly a gem, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Cartagena. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great experience in this incredible city!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is located very close to most attractions and in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean as are the rooms. The bed is super comfortable and service is very friendly and good. The hotel also offered a great breakfast. Highly recommend!!
