Just overall bad experience, the toilet didn't work! The AC didn't get the room cold until early that morning. The towels had very strong washing powder smell. Bed skirt was nasty just over the worst

Much better than expected

Hotel was better than what I thought and was good value for money. Water was hot , nicely air conditioned room fridge available and kept my stuff cool and cold. Only thing I would just say is that if there was a double pillow in the room stay would have been perfect. Would definitely recommend

It was great staying at the Caribic House hotel. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown. The staff was very helpful.

There was no light in the bedroom. We had to use flashlights after dark to see in our room. The plug sockets in our room were loose and we could not charge our phones, etc. The A/C barely worked. We had it as low as it would go and it barely cooled off the bedroom. There was no fan to help either. There was no bath mat which was dangerous as the floor was slippery. There was no toilet paper holder. No exhaust or AC in the bathroom. The surrounding area was safe and we walked to breakfast and dinner but was harassed every time we walked out of our room. The hotel barely resembles the photos as it is very rundown.

Worst birthday trip and stay

It was horrible there’s was a lot of shirtless men in shorts walked in and out and they were not guests apparently they’re supposed to be workers . I was refused my guest etc

Definitely a great spot. Very convenient, you’re right on the hip strip, great location however, just keep in mind the Wi-Fi hardly works and constantly disconnects and if you want any sort of room service, you need to request it, don’t expect people to show up. Staff is sweet, overall recommend !

The guy with the locs provided A1 service. Love him. I stay at Carib house often when I just don’t want to spend a lot the ocean view is nice and it’s a convenient location. The security guy was also A1 24 hour security made me feel safe:

Good and comfortable stay

The hotel was in a good location the beach was across the street our room had a balcony with an ocean view it’s no resort and it needs some updates but it did its job! The staff were amazing and there’s always security in the front which was good and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants right down stairs the area was walkable and safe we stayed for 3 days and everyday we walked around we felt safe There’s a beach club across the street for 8$ but if you walk a little further it’s a free beach with the locals and it was great

Overpriced

Anscheinend war das zimmer noch nicht bezahlt. Wollte meine Kredit Karte benutzen, aber nach 20.00 nur noch cash akzeptiert. Wollte nicht schon mein cash am 1. Tag brauchen und es wurde mir versichert, dass ich sonst am nächsten tag mit karte bezahlen kann und das cash gilt als sicherheit. Ich wurde am nächsten morgen nur belächelt, dass dies dicherlich nicht geht, das cash ist schon verrechnet. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch, für das was man bekommt. Nicht mal eine kleine flasche wasser wurde offeriert.
