Peut Dépanner

C’est un endroit parfait proche de tous mais vraiment de tous à pieds. Gare, plusieurs lignes d’autobus, fontaine de Trévi, Colisée, épicerie, restaurants, café.. Se situe sur rue sécuritaire … Maintenant, en ce qui concerne les lieux, je ne peux pas dire que c’est très mauvais.. car dans la vie tout est subjectif! Il nous a rendu service, dans l’ensemble, mais peut mieux faire. Point de vue propreté: Il est correct et acceptable. J’aurais voulu voir une housse de matelas, un extracteur dans la SDB. Ah oui, des bouts de mousse sortaient de l’oreiller. Pas de savon à mains, il a dit que les minis flacons de gel douche et shampoing faisait l’affaire, j’ai expliqué que ça n’avait pas de sens, qu’avec mes mains sales je devais manipuler ouvrir et fermer, quand un simple distributeur ou un petit savon sur le lavabo aurait pu faire l’affaire. Lunette de toilette trop petite au risque de se faire pincer. Climatisation faible ( un faux 18 degrés). Pas d’INTERNET dans la chambre même notre LTE 5G ne capte rien. **** vieilles fenêtres à changer, se ferment mal**** on a quand même bien dormi. Cet avis est pour les gens difficiles. ‼️🚨 Prévoyez du cash pour payer vos frais de taxe.

Dejligt hotel

Det var et fint hotel. De var venlige og der var rent og pænt. Der var dog manglende information omkring, hvordan vi skulle komme ind på hotellet. Vi kom kl. 20 ( der skulle være åben i receptionen til kl.21), men vi kunne slet ikke komme ind på hotellet. Der var låst. Vi kunne heller ikke ringe dem op og jeg kunne ikke tjekke min mail, da jeg ikke kunne komme på nettet. Men jeg gik ned ad gaden og spurgte på et andet hotel om de vidste noget, og det gjorde de. De havde åbenbart nøglen til bygningen og vores værelse. Så vi kom ind og det var dejligt. Efter det var der ingen problemer. Det viste sig at de havde skrevet på mail en halv time før, men det var altså ikke muligt at tjekke. Så det ville være fedt, hvis det stod som information på jeres Hotels.com-side, at man skal gå ned til det andet hotel for at få sin nøgle, hvis hotellet ikke er åbent. Ellers havde vi et dejligt ophold og alt personalet var superflinke. Rengørings-personalet var fantastiske!

This was a great property. The owner was very welcoming, and it was extremely safe. There was police and guards right outside in front of our place across the street. It was literally 10 to 15 minute walking distance from most places like the Colosseum, Spanish steps, fountain of Trevi. The Vatican was an hour walking distance, which we did no problem. There was an amazing restaurant just across the street Great pizzas, pastas and coffees. Highly recommend and the prices were extremely reasonable. Just a few steps down the way was a café with pastries, Italian desserts, and fresh croissants and baked items. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Our room was extremely clean. Definitely would stay here again. We felt extremely safe and the owner that manage the place was very welcoming. The price is extremely reasonable.

No WiFi reception in the room. No hand or body soap, even on request ("not included" we were told), only 2 little shampoos. Roll of toilet paper already started. Old IKEA furniture. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Noise from street on Friday night. Another night, you could hear noise from pipes through the building. Only on the third day was the room cleaned. The windows and rusty shutters don't open and the curtain was torn. The bedspread had stains as did the mattress of the extra bed. The hot water in the shower was not enough for two people to shower. We don't understand how this place had good ratings by others. We don't look for fancy places, just a place to sleep and take a rest in the middle of the day but we refrained from resting because it was not pleasant to be in the room. One night a couple banged on the outside door for a long time around 11:00 PM. We eventually opened the door, but they couldn't get their room. They had notified they would arrive late but were not met as promised and they made phone calls. I guess eventually following our suggestion that they go to the adjacent Elide and ask for them to call the person to let them in to Garden Elide they got in. The cleanliness was reasonable. The mattress was terrible. The photos make it look better than it actually is. The television was on the table next to the refrigerator, not hung on the wall. We never saw other guests. They say you get what you pay for, but we feel we payed for things we didn't get.

Pratico e simples

Gostei muito por terem me deixado fazer o check-in antecipado. Foram muito atenciosos. Trata-se de um hotel bem simples com banheiro e quarto bom e limpo, não tem café e nada mais, serve pra descansar e aproveitar Roma. Super bem localizado a 2 quadras do metro República e a 15 minutos a pé do centro turístico.
