Modern 2 bedroom apartment with great bed and showers. Bakery close buyband wonderful glocery store. Hill restaurant must visit, amazing view of Athens. Nickolas is very nice host, easy to contact and he ordered a car from airport for us.

Perfect in every way!

Fabulous location, easy walk to all the attractions through an elegant and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Guest laundry a huge bonus and Nikolas supplied detergent too. The place is so well managed and perfect! This was our second stay here and we will return!

Perfect

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with climate control in each room. Very safe. Nikolas checked on us habitually. Very cool terrace area on the roof exclusively for guests with a view of the city. Washers and dryers. Great location and easy walking distance to most everything. Pretty much an ideal stay for us!

Wonderful one bedroom accommodations! Check-in was super easy. Immaculate building and apartment. Very quiet and with no outside nose at all. Includes two washers and two dryers downstairs with complimentary laundry detergent and softener. (Very nice and oh so appreciated!) This safe and secure property has been exceptionally renovated with every modern convenience needed for our stay. Air-conditioning is automated, quiet and works flawlessly! These two seasoned travelers are very impressed with this property and the owner who is a superb communicator and lives on site.

Amazing Owner\Staff

We booked this place because of the location and fair prices. And we were more than happy with the place, location, but especially the service. We were contacted on WhatsApp right before our trip by the Operators of the location. They handled everything for us including setting up a Taxi to the location. They gave us recommendations as to where we could get some great food in walking distance. Gave us a map of the area with directions and places we should go and see in walking distance as well. Even included great places to eat on those maps. We forgot our US to Euro charge adapters and they went out of their way to loan us some @ 11pm at night when we arrived. The personal touches are what made this place so amazing. It's not a hotel room as much as it's a small apartment room with everything you need including a small kitchen. It's even stocked with tea and coffee and dinnerware etc., pots and pans if you want to cook for yourself. It was meticulously clean and tidy as well and totally worth the price. They even had lockers to hold our full size luggage so we could make the most of our last day there after checking out without dragging our bags around. I only wish the beds were softer and had toppers on them. The small (twin size) mattresses on the king size frame were uncomfortable with the seam in the middle and they liked to separate. I'd suggest adding a king size topper which would hide the seam and make it more comfortable. And if you're a hot sleeper bring a fan!

Perfect stay for our Athens visit

Loved absolutely everything about our stay. Beds are very comfortable. Accommodations were incredibly clean and spacious for our family of four. Communication was impeccable. Location was convenient with amenities nearby. Be sure to explore the terrace!

Great apartment and location

It exceeded our expectations! The location was great, in a safe neighborhood with numerous restaurants and bars around. We walked around every evening. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was great. Nicholas and his wife were wonderful and very friendly. We highly recommend this place.

This is a stylish property with great amenities in the heart of several well known Athens neighborhoods. The hipster kids and the baby boomers were equally impressed. I stayed there for 3 nights, loved this place, very clean accommodations! Nikolas was really helpful, he booked transfer for us, gave us map and lots of useful information! I would highly recommend it to anybody traveling to Greece, and I will go back if I go to Athens again!
