We stayed for 2 weeks. Upon checking in our reserved room was not available. We had to stay in another room that was not the suite I reserved for the first night. We were moved the next day. We were not given the complimentary drink that is a part of being VIP Gold with hotels.com. Halfway through our stay my entry card stopped working and I got a bill indicating I had checked out. My husband’s entry key was still working. No one could tell me why it happened or why the bill was cut off and sent to me me as if I only reserved until May 9 rather than May 15.
Overall the place was nice. The breakfast was not bad. The coffee was not good. The beds were comfortable and space in the suite with seperate room was very nice. There was a front desk clerk named D. who was very helpful and friendly.
