Unfortunately communication wasn’t good before arriving. Adverting says there’s an airport shuttle. But when we requested to have it pick us up, we didn’t get a response 24 hours prior to arrival. So we took a taxi. Upon arrival, it was a self check in and the instructions were not clear to us. It was getting dark. Luckily another guest came by and called someone. With some effort we were finally able to get into our container room. Note this property is not close to anything so if we hadn’t gotten in, we would have been out in a parking lot with nowhere to walk to. The rooms were good. The amenities were good. Soups and snacks were thankfully available as we were very hungry upon arrival with no restaurants in sight. The next morning we called the phone number on our booking dot com reservation to request a shuttle to the airport. She said it’s not available, yet I could see a shuttle van on the property. I was just about to order yet another taxi, when a sweet woman came by who obviously was staff. She was lovely, and very politely drove us to the airport. A different kind of hotel stay experience, for sure!
