酒店附近超級方便，行街一流.近夜市及早市. 雖然酒店內本身無停車的地方，但公眾停車場好近，行5金鐘就到. 唔知是否法國酒店都是無拖鞋提供呢？呢間都唔例外. 但總體是好方便.

Lage sehr gut zum erkunden von Aix. Parken und Anreise mit dem Auto schwierig. Altes Gebäude aber innen ganz Ok. Wenn man aus dem Zimmerfenster in den Innenhof sieht, zieht man schnell die Vorhänge wieder zu. Zimmer ist aber sauber, Personal an der Rezeption und Reinigungspersonal, sehr freundlich.

Plain but charming hotel in the Old Town

Plain small and dog-friendly hotel in the very centre. All you would want to see within walking distance. If you go by car, don’t try to drive to the hotel entrance! It is possible to get there, but the gps guides you by walking streets and it’s really difficult to get out of there. Navigate to one of the public parking garages in the vicinity and walk from there, only 300-400 metres. Ask for a room towards the back side since there are several noisy bars in the little square in front of the hotel.

Very Misleading - Not worth it

So disappointing... This was a honeymoon and they knew it. First, this is more like a dorm room or hostel than a 3 star hotel. Poorly maintained, damage to doors, walls and floors. No AC when they advertise they have it. When I called they said - oh, it's broken in that room. That's why there is a fan. Oh, OK.... that makes it better..... Had I known I would have cancelled. No chance. They offered free breakfast - which we declined. Would rather pay for something decent. There are items for making tea - but no kettle! Rooms are extremely small and terribly dated as well. Nothing good except maybe the guy at the front desk who genuinely seemed apologetic.

Great room, great staff

We had a great room with a huge bathroom. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located in a busy area but the windows blocked all noise. Very close to the Cours Mirabeau.

Emplacement ok, ménage pas top

Hôtel idéalement situé à Aix en Provence ! On peut tout faire à pieds, en plein centre et sens nuisance. En revanche équipement de la chambre sommaire, ménage qui laisse à désirer (par exemple tache marron à l’arrière d’un oreiller, toujours présente après le « ménage du lendemain ».

Très bonne hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel très bien placé, et à l'accueil parfait. La literie est très bonne Nous avaons passé deux nuits et les servites nous ont éré changé, ce qui de mon point de vue n'était pas nécessaire. Nous aurions aimé au petit déjeuner, un meilleur café et un meilleur thé. Nous sommes venus à Aix pour voir l'exposition Cezanna, qui est une exposition importante et il yavait très peu de documentation : ce qui est dommage pour les voyageurs qui n'avait pas l'information.
