在一个楼的一层，有些难找，酒店设施有些旧，前台客服个别态度一般，早餐一般，不过能吃饱，地点还不错，市区景点都可步行

1. Posizione: La posizione è davvero ottimale. L’hotel è vicinissimo alla metro e a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Inoltre, dalla strada principale si intravede l’Altare della Patria, quindi è molto vicino anche al centro monumentale di Roma. 2. Pulizia e comfort: La pulizia era buona. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale, ha il bidet (non scontato). Il comfort, però, è un po’ scarso: la stanza in un piano intermedio vicina al portone è una condanna a essere svegliati da chi torna a notte fonda e/o chi si sveglia molto presto. Inoltre il letto matrimoniale era in realtà composto da due singoli, rendendo il sonno un po’ difficoltoso. 3. Servizi e personale: Il personale è stato eccezionale per cortesia e disponibilità. La reception è attiva 24 ore su 24, e la comodità di non dover portare le chiavi in giro è un plus. 4. Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è nella media. Il prezzo che ho pagato last minute era un po’ alto, ma anche a prezzo normale non lo definiresti particolarmente conveniente. Consiglio finale: Prima di prenotare, assicurati di richiedere una stanza lontana dal portone d’ingresso delle camere, così eviti i rumori, e assicurati anche di avere un letto matrimoniale (e non due singoli) se siete in due.

Uncomfortable.

The location of this property is good, close to Rome Termini and Trevi Fountain. The room is clean and adequate. The bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Mattress was thin and buckled. This hotel is ok for a one night sleepover. There is better value out there.

Perfect for what we wanted

Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Great location for sightseeing. Interior bit dated but was clean and working. Perfect for what we wanted, spent no time in the hotel just a place to rest our heads.

So so

I stayed in this hotel as a solo traveler last year and liked it- it was a bit dated but well-located, and I had a good experience, so when I got the opportunity to come back in 2025 I opted for the same hotel. This time was a very different experience- there was barely any water pressure in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower. The amount of noise from the road and from the adjacent property unloading a truck at 4am was verging on biblical. The toilet seat was loose, some light bulbs did not work, and the windows didn’t close securely. I’d say if you don’t mind something a little rough around the edges (or if you are on a budget) then go for it, as the location is pretty good. If this is the trip of a lifetime for you (looking at you, Americans) then maybe go for something else…

Excelente localização. Da pra ir para os principais pontos turístico a pé. Quarto pequeno mas muito limpo. Roupa de cama nova, limpa e confortável. Café da manhã bom. Me hospedei com meu marido por 3 dias e voltaria com certeza.

Realmente vale la pena alojarse aquí. Está ubicado en el corazón de Roma. A sólo 3 calles de la Piazza de la República y a 6 de la estación ferroviaria de Términi. Con todos los medios de transporte cercano al hotel, como así también Los lugares históricos para visitar.

Refrigerators in room did not work, my group had three rooms and none of them worked. I ended up having to move to a different room due to a leak from the ceiling onto the bed in the middle of the night-during a thunderstorm. Air conditioning only worked good in one of the three rooms we had. Convenient location close to major sites.

O hotel tem quartos reformados e outros nao. Eu e meu marido demos a sorte de ficar em um quarto reformado e novo. Confortável, apesar de escuro. Frigobar nao funcionava. Minha mãe ficou em um quarto antigo. Muito ruim, bem velho e antigo. No banheiro o encanamento fazia um barulho sem ninguem usar que parecia um sapo. Café da manhã lastimável. Condições muito ruins, apesar de boa localização

Great place, excellent location, safe and clean. If you are a room snob go pay $$$ and stay somewhere. If you need a place to rest, regroup, and recharge this is an excellent option. Staff was friendly and charming.

Great value. All the basics are covered well by Hotel Nardizzi Americana. I was solo in a room on the ground floor. The room was clean. I had good sleep (Opera also on ground floor, finishes before 10pm). Room has a refrigerator and good air conditioning. Breakfast costs 10 Euros. I liked that the breakfast room is on the top floor with birds flying and chirping outside and there is a panini press for sandwiches. Best thing is the location, nearby bus stops that are short bus rides to tourist attractions.

Amazing location, but very dated!

The hotel was not as clean as I expected it to be and I was so disappointed with the shower / shower curtain! The whole bathroom was dated, the shower curtain had mould on it, the towel rail needed a proper clean and the shower was so far up on the wall, the water trickled on us - there was no pressure. There was one accessible plug socket in the room and if you get back to the hotel after 11pm (I think), you have to climb 4 flights of stairs, as the lift shuts!!! However the location is incredible, so near to the metro and the staff are friendly and helpful!
