The bed was really hard. We could barely walk after getting the little sleep we did on it. The pool and spa are closed. When I asked how long before it would open, nobody knew. So, don't plan on that for your trip. Went down for breakfast the first morning at 8:15 and NO hot food stocked. Everything was empty. A couple of items were refilled 30 minutes later, as we were leaving. We noticed that the sausage patties were hockey pucks and decided not to bother with breakfast for the rest of the trip. The only redeeming qualties in this hotel are the staff. The room was very clean and the housekeepers were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk staff were nice, but we just couldn't get past the terrible bed. That, along with no pool, and lack of breakfast availability, was a deal-breaker for us. Such a shame, because this hotel has the potential to be good, but they need more staff up front and in food service.
