Horrible the sub flooring was showing under the beds the bathroom light was on strobe light mode. Floors were very dirty with sand. We got there at 530 and there was no one to help us so we had to stay that night! Horrible!

Had a great stay. Loved the full lake view, especially sunset as it was incredible. We didn’t notice the coffee maker right away but there is a great little coffee place very close by. Late check in was very easy, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Easy check in and clean but dated room. Bedroom did not have AC so that made it pretty warm at night. Also the blinds on the window were all broken so we had to put up a towel in order to not be seen from the parking lot out back as this was a partial lower, basement room.

Needs to be rebuilt from ground up

I was really disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Door wouldn’t close unless slammed, and really hard to open. This caused us to make an unreasonable amount of noise which I am sure disturbed our neighbours. South side stairs are a hazard and I fell hard as steps are different hights. I offered solutions but was dismissed. Someone elderly would have broken bones, this issue is very serious!

The outside of the hotel was a little sketchy looking to me with steep stairs that were very hard to use with my newly broken toe. The room was really nice on the inside and the beds were average. I slept decently for a hotel bed overall. The beach was excellent; my 9 year old son and I enjoyed the family friendly shallower water and the enclosed swimming area and the decent sized beach. The view from our room was relaxing and stunning. Picture perfect view that made up for any other flaws. We enjoyed the waterfront deck for hanging out and eating dinner. Overall the hotel was lacking but the location was priceless.
