Amazing pool with free kayak provided!
the Pool is absolutely amazing! the service is great, only breakfast is Soso. Really appreciated that they could offer a free kayak to paddle to nearest monkey islands. wanna go to nui bay , not enough time! the bed is so comfy and it is away from the noise.

Väldigt nice hotell.
Underbart hotell. Extremt bra pol område, härlig frukost, strand precis framför. Gratis Kayak för boende. Kommer bara bo här om jag åker tillbaka till Phi Phi. Älskade det. det är så fint samt känns som man bor i en djungel med dessa bungalows som är väldigt rena och känns lyxiga. Hotell personalen väldigt trevliga utom manager för pool området som sökte bråk konstant med min fru och mig för noll anledning. Vi försökte lämna handdukar och ta nya eftersom dom hade blivit smutsiga, men då fick man kalabalik på sig. Extremt oprofessionellt. Han hade keps på sig och passade inte in på detta hotell. Akta er för honom, han hänger vid polen.

Maravilhoso
Maravilhosa! A equipe do hotel é impecável, não é atoa que os tailandeses são conhecidos como um dos povos mais hospitaleiros do mundo! Nos encontraram no pier para nos ajudar com as malas, check in foi rápido e descomplicado. Quarto muito gostoso, decoração lindissima, cama e roupa de cama muito confortáveis, todo o resort é muito lindo e bem cuidado. Fácil acesso a outras áreas de Phi Phi. Piscina muito gostosa, serviço impecável e cordial. A questão do barulho é realmente real até 2:30 da manhã, mas isso é uma coisa que o próprio hotel avisa antes. As festas acontecem do outro lado da mesma praia onde o hotel se localiza, parece que a baía faz eco do som. Entretanto não foi um problema para nós, estavamos indo para as festas mas sempre iamos embora mais cedo bem cansados, então dormiamos com facilidade. Café da manhã fenomenal, muito completo. Voltarei com toda certeza!

Splendid and tranquil
The minute we walked into reception to check in, we were welcomed warmly and made to feel at home. The staff so polite and attentive. The bungalows were rustic and made from natural materials. The sustainability criteria for this hotel was very high and we appreciated all the detail that was taken to keep the environmental impact so low. The breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever come across and the view equally as rewarding. The pool area was relaxing with some areas in the sun and some areas in the shade, along with the swim up pool bar and pool side snack menu, everything was catered for. The night lighting is also splendid around the complex. There is some noise of an evening, which of course we were warned of in advance and at the time of booking. Everything else tipped the balance for us and we just had to accept that to enjoy this hotel, we were obliged to contend with this minor problem.

Blandet oplevelse i Turistinferno
Rigtig dejligt hotel - fine hytter, dog meget lidt lys i hytterne. Hvis vi vidste hvor meget larm der var stranden overfor ( indtil kl 02.45 hver nat - var vi aldrig kommet. Personalet utrolig søde - dog måtte vi to aftener ud af tre sende maden tilbage i køkkenet da den ikke var varm.

Beaucoup trop bruyant !
Hôtel super : très bon acceuil, bungalows charmants, petit dej excellent, prêt de kayak 1h gratuitement, immense piscine etc. Mais gros point négatif : bungalows pas insonorisés du tout (on entend les voisins aller aux toilettes ou parler) rendant le sommeil avant 3h du matin impossible, à cause de ma musique qui vient de Tonsai. On a littéralement l'impression de dormir dans une boite de nuit. Pas la faute directement de l'hôtel, mais de son emplacement. Je ne recommande donc ni ce resort ni l'emplacement ; nous avons fait les nuits suivantes sur Long Beach à Phi Phi bien plus calme.

Utmärk upplevelse, en av de bästa hotellen jag stannat på. Det ända negativa var att musiken från stranden hördes extremt mycket. Däremot var det bra musik. Borde bygga upp en vägg runt om hotellet o gömma den bland bambun så musiken och basen hörs mindre.

Great all-around. Excellent service and pool area.
Very kind staff providing top-notch service. Everything was very fresh. Great amenities around the pool area: comfy sunbeds, outdoor-massage area right by the sea, good restaurant, pool-bar. Only downside was the loud nightclub music from across the bay, the bass was quite loud even inside our bungalow until around 2-3AM, but the hotel had a disclaimer about that already before booking so it was expected. Porters carried our luggage from and to the pier which was really nice although it’s only a ~10min walk. Smooth and nice check-in- and -out service. Excellent breakfast (and lunch and dinner as well). The hotel is in a calm area on the western end of the northern beach of Phi Phi - very calm around there apart from the aforementioned music (which comes from across the bay).
