A wonderful stay
The hotel is right in the centre of Filey and could not be better located. We were able to park on the street for free. We had a warm welcome from the owner. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and was cooked and served by a friendly lady in a relaxing dining area. Highly recommended.

This property was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It offered great facilities and the attention to detail made it a real home from home with a touch of luxury. The host was friendly and had useful local knowledge , the property was close to the sea front , the breakfast was included and delicious. There is no parking at the property , Its an excellent B&b however I thought I had booked a boutique hotel.

Whilst it looked nice on first impressions, for a 5 star boutique hotel I certainly would have expected better No bar service as advertised . If we had have been told about this before we would probably have cancelled the booking. Great friendly hosts , just a shame that our expectations were not met.
