I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Yiwu during my business trip and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. As a frequent business traveler, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The absolute highlight of my stay was the General Manager, Joyce. She is truly exceptional. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure my business trip was comfortable and productive. She personally checked on me several times, offered helpful recommendations, and handled all my requests promptly and professionally. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued. It is rare to see a General Manager so hands-on and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thanks to Joyce’s outstanding leadership and hospitality, my stay became both pleasant and memorable. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was impeccable every day, and the overall cleanliness is top-notch. The restaurant was also convenient for my busy schedule. The location is perfect for business — it is conveniently close to the Futian Market (Yiwu International Trade City), making daily market visits very efficient. The only small suggestion I have is regarding the fitness center. While the gym is nice and convenient, it would be even better if they offered a wider selection of heavier dumbbells. Very new and clean facility. Nice view, large and feeling high tech for lake view room. Breakfast was above average compared with other China international hotels. Location was great and in the city centre surrounded by major shopping malls. Unfortunately my shower is not hot enough for me (I prefer hotter than usual) even after asked the front desk for adjustment, but is not cold, just not hot enough for me and I am lazy enough to ask for change of room. Better to check out if brothers you.
