Consapevole che si trattasse di un hotel/affittacamere, per la cifra pagata, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più! La struttura è in una buona posizione, necessiterebbe però di manutenzione . La signora che ci ha ricevuto è stata gentilissima....

Affitta camera in Quiliano a 10 minuti di macchina da Vado Ligure. E' una struttura piuttosto vecchiotta pero' con il necessario per trascorrere una notte fuori città. La signora Irma e' stata gentilissima. Combinazione non poteva cenare la sera del 31.12 presso un localino di Vado, cosi' ha prenotato per noi ...ottima comodità. La camera da letto ha mobili di una volta , personalmente preferisco il genere moderno, in compenso era calda...Il bagno molto confortevole.

E' mai possibile?
affittacamere in una palazzina, che alla vista risulta molto diverso dalle foto visionate fatte con maestria, abbiamo prenotato l'unica camera con bagno della struttura mesi prima, la sera al momento dell'arrivo alle 20 circa ci siamo trovati la signora che ci dice che per problemi non ha piu'disponibile la camera in questione e che ha provato a contattarci tramite expedia per avvisarci, visto poi la mail dove chiedeva di contattarla inviata alle 19.18 (un pò tardino credo), ha provato a rimediare al danno dandoci la possibilità di rimanere in un altra camera ma con bagno in comune (cosa non di nostro gradimento) facendo un offerta extra sul prezzo, o provando a farci alloggiare in un bed and breakfast vicino, dove la padrona di casa le ha dette di tutti i colori al nostro cane.... , va bene che non accetti cani nella struttura, ma basta dirlo in modo garbato......., quindi alla fine anche questo tentativo non andato a buon fine ed alla fine armati di pazienza ci siamo cercati un altra struttura on line, ed a nostra fortuna siamo riusciti a trovarla, e siamo andati via rimborsati dalla signora della cifra precedentemente pagata, per concludere quando si ha a che fare con la clientela ci vuole serietà, e qui di serietà ne ho vista ben poca , e non ci tornerei nemmeno gratis

Not what expected
We booked the "Suite Napoleon", described as a suite with a big bed and 4 other sofa/beds,45 m2. On the phone, the owner was very surprised when I've told her that I have booked a suite for the night coming. She asked me to call back in 2 minutes, something was not clear for her. I did. I explained her in my beginning italian level,all, again. She told me that she calls me back. And she did, with a very kind propose: to have a house for ourselfes,instead of sleeping at the pension. I thought it was because we have 2 kids and we might disturb, but looks like it was not the real reason: the suite was not available! But we payed for it. It was her employed who told us that in the pension was no place. The owner propose me to take 1 room from this house.There was just 1 bed, so I told her it was not enough 1 bed for 4 people!! Than she told me to take the 2nd room aswell. So we went back to this house, there were no towels, there were some badsmelling towels on the dryer, wet. So we were so lucky I had our 3 towels in my bag and we used them. Water was boiled or cold, no good temperature, imagine the confort we and our kids we had there. Next morning we gave back the key and we left,we took breakfast in Savona. She told me to leave( if I like )10 euros more,because of this favor she made us,sleeping in an individual house, but we decided not to leave any tips, because there were no condition for a bed and breakfast!

Hôtel 1er prix. Pas de climatisation.trop de bruit
Hôtel et chambre viellaute. Pas de climatisation. Pas de ventilateur. Une chaleur horrible dans les chambres........la salle de bain est commune à tous....... Et il y a du bruit à mort une bonne partie de la nuit ...... Bref à ne jamais réserver

Squallido!appena arrivati non aprivano la porta.è mancata subito la corrente e siamo stati spostati in un altra stanza,in un altra casa, a 100 metri.la signora ha le idee confuse su cosa vuol dire gestire una struttura.mi dispiace recensire così ma non è possibile.tutto arraffazzonato.
