部屋には、あらかじめアメニティもなく、来てからセットされました。またシーツも湿気っており、冬だったせいか、とても寒く、夜もあまり休めなかった。枕元のライトもなく、不便。友人の部屋は鍵が壊れ、私の部屋は、あまりに鍵が開けづらく、大変でした。とにかく、手入れされていない感じがしました。もてなす心がけ、配慮が足りないと思いました。
