Pre-booked and payed 2 rooms for 3 nights. Left a note we would be arriving late and to take this into consideration when preparing our rooms.
Upon arrival we were told we hadn't reservered or payed for any rooms and that they were fully booked. The clerk was clueless to say the least and part of his solution was that he had friend who lived nearby where we could sleep at. Eventually the 5 of us had to sleep in 1 room with a single bed. We left the next morning.
The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism of the staff at this hotel is appaling. The room was untidy and the furniture had a lot of usage marks.
Even if all the above hadn't happened, the hotel would still not be worth the price a night.
