Great British Inn experience, excellent stop-over
We stayed overnight after visiting the tank museum and heading back up north. Welcoming staff and beautifully renovated inn. The rooms initially seem slightly expensive - until you walk in and realize you have a 'unit' rather than a room - large bedroom, large bathroom and superb lounge with fridge containing milk and chilled water. The rooms are well equipped with two flat screen TVs - next time we'll arrive earlier to enjoy the rooms more!

10/10 Exceptional

We had a lovely time at this hotel. The food was good the staff were friendly and attentive. The only fault we found was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and they became rather uncomfortable during the night even though the weather was not particularly hot.
