We were only there for one night but had a lovely stay. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The staff there also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one.

Unfortunately there was building work in the area so the noise was rather loud but the room was clean and comfortable and you could order room service. Staff was friendly.

Staff were lovely, the room was adequate but there was very loud construction happening around the hotel that started early and finished around five. It was constant and not ideal. It would have been nice to be told before my arrival.
Other than the construction, nice area and no other issues.

Do not stay here. There is a huge building site across the road which starts with a massive drill at 6.30am. The room is almost shaking. The hotel should advise potential customers before they part with their money. Instead, we were given a measly set of earplugs at check-in. What a joke.

Staff were friendly and responsive. When you are making a booking, the hotel should let people know about the noisy construction work that starts at 6.45am six days/ week. Room is basic for the price and there are limited facilities. TV doesn’t allow screen mirroring.

The property is in a good location but not close to the station. There was a lot of construction work and it was noisy and a little disturbing.

We only stayed overnight and it was fine. However, and we were warned, parking can be a bit of a nightmare. The parking at the hotel was completely booked out when we arrived, and the hotel can’t reserve parking. We ended up parking in Harcourt Street. The room, in terms of space, was typical of rooms in Europe rather than the opulence you get for a similar price in most parts of Asia. Still, it was fine for an overnight stay - and convenient to where we had to go that night. Very much appreciated the in-room coffee machine and accoutrements.

Great hotel but timing not so goid
Nice hotel, nice staff, room very comfortable, good location on James St. but a lot of noise from construction site opposite the hotel which made the stay average rather than very good.
