2/10 Terrible

4/10 Poor

The property was clean; however, we received the wrong room number and walked into someone else’s sleeping quarters. The walls are very thin, so we heard whenever someone was coming or going. The community around the property is on the lower socioeconomic scale.

10/10 Excellent

Nice place, extended my stay there.Check in was easy, walking distance to the city centre, great communication with the host. Couldn't ask for more. Recommented!

10/10 Excellent

Property was very clean and tidy. My wife was attending City hospital for chemotherapy and instead of travelling for 2 hrs home 2hrs back up this morning it was great to relax. 5 stars

All good
Daithi, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The hotel was nothing like its picture. I heard the couple in the next room talking like they were right next to me. Internet and tv did not work. No staff to ask questions. Cup supplied for water in room was dirty. Desk was broken with splintered wood showing. No where to charge phone. Window shade broken. Broken piece of flooring. Heater did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Left in the morning and went to the hotel across the street and procured a decent room. I really think I should get my money back.

Clean and convenient for me but room was at top of 6 flights of steps
Frank, 1-night trip

For the price this place was ideal, basic, but clean and everything you need.
kevin, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

The bed mattress was worn out as I did not slept well cos of feeling the springs and making noises every time I turn over and duvet was too hot as when it summer should be light cool duvet and winter would be perfect for that
dean, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

No hot water in the shower and bird nest on the roof so constant noise.

I would give a higher rating as I generally had no problem with the hotel.....but they need to shore up their self check in process as i was emailed the wrong room number and my access code worked to open the door. This led to myself and child walking in on a woman who was in the shower. I will say that the staff answered the contact number right away and quickly resolved the issue but it was still extremely awkward.

Great stay and value but thin walls….i had noisy neighbours unfortunately…Bring ear plugs if light sleeper
robert, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The best place I have ever stayed in, communication with staff was so easy especially as I checked in late as well, they were so useful and helpful, room was clean and refreshments and towels were available as per the listing as well as a bin in both room and en suite and also plenty of toilet rolls available

Our experience

The place was good but it was a nightmare to access the building.Forbthe amount, its lovely.Very clean.

2/10 Terrible

Disappointing Stayl

Stayed in Room 2, and the experience was far from comfortable. By 5 AM, the heater started making a loud noise, waking me up. With no call service option, I had to endure it until I finally managed to switch it off after multiple attempts, leaving me to sleep in the cold. The bed could be better, and overall, the room felt cheap. I understand it’s a budget-friendly option, but compared to places like Travelodge at a similar price, this fell short in terms of quality and comfort. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.
Varun, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Stayed for one night and glad we didn't have to stay longer. The check-in process and all the pre-check-in admin was genuinely awful - so much pointless bureaucracy and identity verification, just to receive the entrance code for a one-night stay in a dark and inhuman building with no other people. The code didn't work at first, as they sent me three different possible codes. All of this stress could have been avoided if the hotel could be bothered to employ an actual staff member to meet the guests. The whole experience seemed like everything that is wrong with modern tourism - geared towards cutting every possible cost (staff, decor, customer service) in order to focus on profit.
Joseph, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Kate's b&b was a friendly place to stay you can get better places to stay but it was good for the price Having to share a bathroom was a bit inconvenient as it was flooded each morning when we went to use it Breakfast was very good and filling Road traffic at night was quite bad as I'm a light sleeper Would I stay again Yes if I single traveller Chris was very helpful during our stay

6/10 Okay

Uncomfortable bed

Room was clean. Bathroom small but ok. Mattress was awful and difficult to get any comfort.
