Bad surprise - no elevator, 4th floor
The apartment is located on the fourth floor (high floors, lots of stairs). A couple of hours before our arrival we were notified the elevator was broke. We had 2 large heavy suitcases. I told that to the lady that chatted with us and she offered no solution or help. In addition to that the sofa bed is super squeaky and uncomfortable. The only great advantage of the place is it’s amazing location - super close to the duomo

Very clean, spacious, and nice
We stayed here with my family of five. It was a very comfortable stay since it has two bedrooms with a king size bed in each room, and one sofa pull out in the living room. The extra privacy was very nice because of the bedrooms and there was plenty of space to put all of our luggage. Beds were comfortable, and it has good internet WiFi. Check-in was pretty simple. There was someone there to greet us when we arrived and showed us to our room. Location is perfect as it is just a minute walk to the cathedral. The area of town is very nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to Milan.

Worth returning
Right in the city center steps away from the Duomo, this is a hidden gem with a large space, kitchenette, and an updated bathroom. Accessible with a lift, staff is helpful and friendly; great communication too since they do not have a front desk. Will stay again when we return.

Book this ASAP - it's incredible.
Outstanding apartment for our family of 5. Right around the corner from the Duomo and easily accessible to the Metro and anything we could want. Perfect location. The apartment far exceeded our expectations. Much larger than we thought it would be. Both my husband and I said we had the best sleep there than we have had in a year at our home. It's magical. The staff was very responsive and accessible.

Fab location but the interior needs some TLC.
The place was very well located, couldn't ask for a better location, a stones throw from the duomo. However the suite needs some improvements. There were a lot of scuffs on the walls, unclean cups, not enough towels, and the Aircon didn't work. The only mirrors were in the bathroom, and the dining table was wobbly.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment Great location and comfortable. A couple of minute walk to the Duomo. Cafes and restuarants close by.Well equiped with almost everything we needed. Just need a bread knife in the kitchen. No washing facilities but plenty of room on balcony to dry hand washing. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definetely reccommend it for a stay.

The santa tecla appartments are supposedly branded as "luxurious", but there was nothing luxurious about the unit we rented (suite Glamour). It was technically clean, meaning that the cleaning crew did setup the appartment nicely, but the appartment's condition as such is terrible. All the walls were covered with marks and badly patched holes, it would seriously need a paint job all over. The shower's tiles were covered in mole, and every night around 9pm, the shower drain started to smell really bad (like sewers) and stinked up the whole apartment! Also, the appartment was big, but the furniture was kind of cheap and small and a lot of basic utilities were missing (like a hair dryer or just basic kitchen dishes and utensils, it was impossible to cook anything). However, the 2 good things about it was definitely the location (right next to Duomo and all the main attraction of the city) and the bed was comfy. All in all, the appartment was "okay", but the fact that we paid more than 500$/night for this is outrageous. At that price you expect something clean, well maintained that includes all basic ameneties and even more.
