Perfect stay!
Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Communication was great from helpful staff both before and after the stay. No staff on site, but door codes sent well prior to check-in time and all easy to use so no stress at all there. The apartment was centrally located and easy to find but not on a main road. My brother is a light sleeper and said he heard no noise at all in his room (I didn't hear any in mine either, but I can sleep through anything.) Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we'd need and even a few extras - there was (lovely!) toiletries left to use and even bin bags and dishwasher liquid - a really nice touch (especially for a longer stay) as it's often stuff you'd have to buy. Will definitely use this chain again and I'd recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you!!

Comfortable and central to Madrid.
The Condominium was great condition. Checking was a little too lengthy and cumbersome. I did enjoy the technology used to be able to check in but for last minute booking it needs to be simplify. Overall we as family enjoy the stay and comfort. Will use it again and highly recommended for more than a day. It’s central and walking distance to many places within Grand via.

We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. Note: we had trouble with the digital keys but luckily a maintenance worker was in the building. He was able to get help. We were very satisfied with the place. Everything was walkable.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a family of three. We enjoyed having great walking distance to the places we wanted to visit in Madrid. Loved that there was an elevator as we needed easy access with baby stuff, including stroller.

Lovely stay
Great apartments in a prime spot of Madrid - great restaurants, cakes, shopping, sightseeing. The two bed apartment was very spacious and had almost everything. Lift access makes it easy with bags to reach each floor, as well as stairs for daily use. The electronic or code opening was easy to use (if you’re digitally savvy). Was handy to have a washing machine, however a dryer would have been handy for socks etc, to ensure they dried in time. Would also benefit from sheets that were larger so they didn’t come off every night, and a guide to the aircon panel as we could seem to work this.
