Spacious but hygiene issues
Villa was spacious but had cleanliness issues. Rooms were generally dusty - it was obvious nobody had stayed for a while. Toilet seats and towels were dirty and stained. Sink leaked water - had to use towels to prevent it going all over the floor. Shower had strange smell upon first use. Villa not well prepared or maintained to a good standard. WiFi was intermittent and did not work well.

Exellent!
This is heaven! We stayed there for 5 days and the villa was exellent! Wish we could stayed longer. We rate it to be the best villa in Jimbaran. This is really a 5 star luxurous villa with everything you wish for a perfect holiday. The kind of service that is provided in Nayla is something we have never experienced before. Nothing seems to be a problem, every request was carefully taken care of. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will defenately come back! Special thanks to Gus who took really good care of us!
