It is a sincere, traditional architecture hotel with good kind service and everyone doing their best to please. I liked their many breakfast options ordered on WhatsApp. It is not fancy but very practical hotel with access to many great shops, art market, and very good quality restaurants.

Did a lot of research before booking here and was not disappointed. Had a family room right by the pool. Two double beds very good facilities, clean and tidy. Great breakfasts in the morning. Just off monkey Forest Road which does get busy but lots and lots of places nearby for shopping, eating and drinking. Bar opposite was good too.

Staff is so kind, helpful, and constantly maintaining the property. They always made sure there were towels rolled at the pool with fresh flowers on them, and the cleaned our rooms and swept our patio every single day. Breakfast is beautiful and tasty. I enjoyed my 3 might stay in this hotel I stayed at the rooftop with a beautiful view and semi outdoor shower which is pretty cool. It’s a vegetarian place and I thought I wasn’t gonna enjoy the food as I love meat but turns out to be a phenomenal experience.

Magical serenity
The photos of Gayatri fail to capture how absolutely magical this place is. From the friendly, responsive staff to the serene pool, to the delicious, fresh, local food, this place is incredible! My room was unique, private, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect to easily see all of Ubud.

If you are staying in Ubud, we would highly recommend Gayatri. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was by far the best we had in Bali! Furthermore, the hotel offers a peacefulness and tranquility that you would expect from an oasis, whilst still walking distance from many restaurants, temples, bars, shops and, most importantly, the monkey forest. We also visited the local village of Mas which is well known for its wood carving and mask making, a great day out to see the artisans at work!
