He de ser honesta y lo más objetiva posible. Es un hotel bien ubicado frente al ADO pero la atención es muy mala, los cuartos en cuestión de los climas acondicionados no tienen control lo encienden manualmente pero es peligroso porque si apagador está totalmente desprotegido (sin carcasa) desde que uno entra a la habitación lo encienden y así se queda por miedo a que de toque y no se puede regular la temperatura, los baños se.caen a pedazos, los controles de los televisores no sirven... Hablo en plural porque ocupamos 2 habitaciones y quiero mencionar que cobran muy bien para lo poco que ofrecen, además sus instalaciones se llueven y lo sé porque al hospedarnos estaba lloviendo muy fuerte. El estacionamiento es muy pequeño y los huéspedes se quejan de que tienen que dejar sus vehículos afuera, nosotros cenamos y regresamos pronto para ganar lugar en el estacionamiento. Las camareras son muy déspotas al hablar. Estoy decepcionada sobretodo porque en la plataforma de Expedia tenía muy buenas opiniones. En fin una experiencia de enseñanza y del cual tomaré en cuenta para no regresar a este hotel.

La habitación número 60 q me dieron estubo bien pero el nivel del aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte y no servía para ponerle nivel de enfriamiento en la madrugada mientras esté prendido el aire hace muchísimo frío pero si lo apagas el calor está terrible. La picina llena de larvas..
