Bathroom issue
Although hotel over I was quite pleased with, the shower cubicle has many dirty and cracked tiles, and the jacuzzi in the junior suite did not work. Complained to hotel but they stated that they could no nothing as hotel full. Clearly at breakfast it was obviously not full
Upon return I have made Hotels.com aware of the situation but despite them trying to contact the hotel, they have been ignored also.
Whilst I have not requested a full refund I would have expected some gesture of goodwill from the hotel ( Pasa Pier Hotel) or the booking agent (Hotels.com) but apparently there’s no responsibility for anyone of the hotel just ignores the issues
