The location of the hotel is very convenient, right between the bus stops of both ways Thun and Interlaken. We love to have breakfast very morning next to the beautiful lake of Thunersee. Location of the hotel is amazing beautiful. Staffs are very nice, helpful, and professional. Hotel also provided a great discount to many places, more then other hotels. We used them for the discount tickets.

This was the most amazing place. The views, the lake, the rooms and especially the staff. We had the most wonderful gentleman checking us in and 2 of the waitstaff went out of their way to help us book train tickets. If we ever return to Switzerland we will be sure too stay here again

Hotel avec un emplacement idéal en toute bordure du lac de Thune. par contre à savoir que peu de places de parking sont disponibles et surtout qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres. on a aussi eu une chambre avec une terrase communicante avec les chambres d'à coté.

The hotel is very nice and renovated with a beautiful view to the lake. The room was very clean and quiet and nice. But the restaurant was closed for dinner. the breakfast was not very good - maybe at 7 when they start but at nine it was very empty and there was nobody taking care about it , and not taking care about the guests - we had to find everything by ourselves at make a nice table. The coffee was good.

Lovely Stay on the lake front with private dock for swimming and lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxing. Great views from the balcony. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There are a number of free parking spots right in front of the hotel first come first served. Tip: arrive early to get one. Bus #21 runs up and down the lake from Thun to Interlaken with a stop 100ft away. Bus fare is free to guests staying in hotels in the area. Beautiful time in Thun.

Wir wurden 3 Stunden früher und mit zusätzlichen Upgread eingecheckt. Herzlichen Dank dafür :) Der Garten zum sünnele im Bikini und der unmittelbare Seeanstoss waren einfach traumhaft. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte dort, überlegen uns jedoch, im Herbst für den Urlaub mit Hund zurückzukehren. Das Hotel ist auch mit ÖV perfekt erschlossen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, fröhlich und hilfsbereit.

This was a lovely short stay on Lake Thun. The staff was kind and helpful, the room was excellent, and it was nice to have a hot breakfast included in the stay. Easily accessible by the 21 bus from Thun station or either of the Interlaken stations (free bus pass with stay). Lots to do along that bus line and wonderful walks from the hotel itself.

Das Hotel respektive die Lage am See ist sehr toll. Uns überaschte, dass es kein Alkohol gibt. Alle Getränke wie Wein, Bier Coktails etc. sind nur alkoholfrei zu bekommen. Das Personal am Empfang war neu und etwas unbeholfen jedoch sehr freundlich. Die konversation fand auschliesslich in Englisch statt. Da wir gerne ein gutes Glas Wein zum Essen trinken haben wir ausschliesslich auswärtz gegessen respektive genossen. Grundsätzlich würden wir wieder Buchen. Der absolute Pluspunkt ist das Baden im See dirkt vor dem Hotel an Hoteleigenen Steg und das Sonnenbaden in den Liegestühlen im Hotelgarten.

Für Segelschüler* von Hilterfingen perfekt. Hotel mit viel Charme. Sehr ruhig im Gebäude. Üppiges Frühstücksbuffet. Hoffe nur, dass der neue Eigentümer dem kostbaren Haus Sorge trägt. Dachkänel sind teilweise verstopft. Beistelltischchen wackelt. Ansonsten eine Wohlfühloase.
