Quiet and clean property with an outstanding ocean view, beautiful sunrise and sunset, a lot of parking area, nice to walk to the center of P-Town and admire the architecture of the Cape Cod. Pleasantly surprised. Great staff. Nicely refurbished rooms. Great location. The only issue I had was the layout of the bathroom. The toilet space is extremely cramped for an average sized adult. Everything else was great. Comfortable bed. Effective climate control. Great breakfast options. Will definitely stay here again.

Great view, easy parking, good location. But… it’s one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve slept in. Surfaces weren’t clean, LOTS of hair (human and pet) in the bathroom and around the room. For ~$450/night, it’s not acceptable… and it’s so unnecessary - everything else was great.
