Everything was A1. We had an issue with the AC that was cooling too much the room but they offer us a free upgrade room change that was perfect. Not my first stay there and certainly not my last. Also there was room for the parking. Pool and gym was clean and available.

Broken chair, sofa cover was ripped off, bed was extremely uncofortable and noisy. Basically all furniture were worn out! Bathroom was dirty and rusty in some places.

When we arrived and as soon as she realized I was English at check in she greeted us in English and made check in a snap with humour and friendliness a warm and friendly start with Cosmos restaurant right on site as well as Shogun sushi bar dining was super convenient and shopping plazas right across the road shopping galore.

Needs improvement
The rooms would need a fresh coat of paint or some remodeling. The paint was cracking with humidity in the bathroom ceiling, the wall paper falling of at joint sections. Not sure if all rooms are in poor condition but the one I had on the 12th floor.

Great location
The hotel is in a great location. It was close to everything we needed. The front desk was polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only problem was there was a hockey team staying at the hotel and the kids were in the hallway playing and making noise for hours. From morning to evening. So if you wanted to rest in your room, you couldn’t. There is not enough parking downstairs in the garage so one night we had to park outside but we’re not given clear instructions beforehand. Other than those issues, I would have given it another star.
