This was the worst stay in any resort I have ever experienced.
The check in process was awful, waited 6 hours and no one showed us or pointed anywhere to go. No one called or said a word when the room was ready and late. Many guests experience this.
We paid for an ocean casita. Bad idea. It had leaks, broken shower, very uncomfortable pillows, and the speck of food and drinks were light and very cheap. Room leaked from balcony and windows and we had water all in the rooms, maintenance couldn't fix it and had to stay in a leaking room for a night. We had multiple cracks in the ceiling and water leaks
The food options were awful, waiters were always late and the food was stale or not cooked.
Even the Manager could t help us but move us into cheaper a 2nd room which the AC was very weak, hot and humid room, and windows were open all the time. I asked to be moved to another hotel or a discount on my paid bill but they would not agree to that at all.
The staff couldn't clean up the property, there are water leaks all over hotel, ceilings and tons of water in common areas
I warn do not pick this resort when you travel to Cabo big waste of money!!!
