Reception staff are helpful. Vic's restaurant food is good. Restaurant staff Rachelle is friendly and very helpful. We enjoy our stay and the hotel stay. We'll be back if in Macau again. Breakfast is at Harbourview Hotel pretty nice spread of food. All are good except limited transport.

One of the man staff was very friendly and sooo helpful!! Actually we didn’t have enough time to go sightseeing neither any good plan, however we enjoyed so much in limited time because he taught us about the best night and morning plan!
