We arrived a couple hours early it was raining we were all wet and still couldn't check in until after 3 despite it being practically empty. We got a room with a supposed jetted tub that didn't work very basic room felt like we over paid for what we got. Obviously if this hotel weren't in this great area we wouldn't stay. Had a nice stay overall! Rooms need a little bit of work done to them as it seems they have not been renovated for a while. If this is not a problem for you then great, it was not a problem for me either. The only one thing I will say is that my first morning there I could smell a gross stench coming from what I think was the shower or sink drain but that went away.

The location can't be beat. You're right on the beach and near a bus stop. We enjoyed the beach area and the pool but found the drinks at the pool bar to be a little overpriced. It was unfortunate that they don't allow outside drinks as we ended up spending less time on the property just to avoid the drink prices.

I don’t know why ppl give this property a bad rating. We enjoyed it. It was very clean the ppl was nice. It is not all inclusive but there is restaurants, convenience stores close by. The only thing is, if you use their umbrellas you have to order food and drinks from them. You can’t take your own:

The rooms and common areas felt a bit dated, and some modern touches would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. Pros, location is great near all the night live if that's your thing, but also direct beach access. Our room was ground level with direct access to one of the pools and the beach was less than a minute walk away. Cons are that restaurants in the property lack variety and prices are way to high. Property is not new and in some aspects it shows it age, at least everything worked las expected. Personnel is very attentive. By the way someone stole my kid's crocks in the pool. So there's that

The location is front beach which is breathtaking. The service the workers provide is the best I’ve experienced. The condition of the hotel is not the best but it is priced reasonable for how it looks. My restroom shower head did not work properly (didn’t hurt me but water did splash out the slider doors), the safe to put valuables did not work and the TV had to constantly be checked for it to work. They have some great amenities on property available like a restaurant, surfing rentals and classes, and on site excursions staff to help with your stay in Cancun. Overall I would stay here again but I would check other options. Again the staff is excellent.
