Great Hotel for Mount Katahdin Hikers
Nino, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The rooms was super clean, checking in was a breeze and the guy running it was there for any questions we had!
Andrea, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Came in late at night, left early. The rooms served us well, and the breakfast worked for us. Would definitely stay again.
Gregory, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Overall the whole experience was great. Def need to have bread or bagel choices . But the pancakes were some good stuff . .
Tammy J, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Corey recently too over the hotel runs a great place and is has upgraded many areas of the building. My son and I came up for a few days and stayed while we were rafting. Very clean, pool was great, hot water was very hot and the rooms were clean. Great onsite amenities. If you need something from them just ask and they bend over backwards trying to help, will definitely be back!
Josh, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Was there for a basketball tournament- the place was hopping and the staff was great - so many teenagers with family - it was perfect for time spent there - wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
Becky, 2-night trip

Lin, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great stay! Parking lot is another story! Rough and full of holes! Breakfast was ok. Grandchildren loved the pancakes and cereal. Wish there would have been toast, bagel or something else for adults. We will stay again when we are back in the area!
Judy, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

the pool was great. it was nice and quiet. The continental breakfast could have had more options like bread for toast and bagels. The tv could have been better. Reception wasn't very good.
Elaine, 4-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Seemed really old. Smelled like the Papermill in the lobby and corridors. We slept in our clothes, on top of the sheets.
Michael, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

There were few guests but yet they put very loud guests right above us. The entire on-line website revolves around a hot tub which was torn out and sitting next to the pool. No mention of the entire place being under construction.
Nobody would swim there.
Lindie, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

This place was perfect!! All staff were incredible nice and helpful. There was plenty of things to go inside the hotel. We loved the pool, the pool tables, and enjoyed a few hours of card playing while having dinner in the common area. There was a good amount of construction it that did not bother us but made I wonder what it would be like when finished. We enjoyed our stay.
Colleen, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and the two guys that work there, Cory and his son were so wonderful with making the pup feel comfortable and loved. I've never been to a hotel that was so friendly with my dog. I would 100% come back here. Thank you guys for making the place feel like home 4 stars for property condition because they were under construction
Yulia, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

This property is mid-renovation so is sort of hodge podge. But it's a weird property anyway, with windows overlooking the lobby. The breakfast was a nice surprise.
Angela, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

It is old and run down. Not a lot of options. The room was adequate.
Scott, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

There is a strong chlorine smell in the lobby from a Greenish inside pool. Rug was ripped, and entry area very old and strange. Carpets on stairs were ripped too with vent tape patches.
Nancy, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

THE ENTRANCE WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND AND WHEN WE ENTERED THE LOBBY WE ENCOUNTERED THE SWIMMING POOL WITH THE CHECK IN DESK OFF TO THE SIDE LIKE A CLOSET. WE HAD TO RING A BELL FOR SERVICE. THERE WAS A MUSKY SMELL AND THE CARPETS WERE UNEVEN. THE ROOM WE ENTERED HAD A SPIDER AND COBWEBS BEHIND THE DOOR. THE SECOND ROOM WAS NOT MUCH BETTER SO WE LEFT AND STAYED AT ANOTHER PLACE IN TOWN.
SHEILA, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Not clean under the process of renovation. Smelled like someone died on the 3rd floor. Lead to believe from adds that it was clean and respectable. We would like our money back for the second night because we had another commitment.
Rick, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room.
Brian, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Was not clean at all and smelled. WAY overpriced and was non refundable. There were also a lot of ants in our room and in the hallway. The oranges at the breakfast looked bad too. The worst place I’ve stayed at.
Travis, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff was AMAZING!!! The other stuff was minor like no hand soap in the bathroom in our room.
Amanda, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

We enjoyed our stay as always, great location central to all the area attractions.
Shane, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay
