Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. Was very spacious for our family of 6. Decor and design is wonderfully airy and brings nature into the villa. So occasional lizards and from what I read, a snake in the bathroom, and while we were there, a lemur like animal ran across the pathway in the common area, were great encounters for my kids. The open kitchen was uselful to make snacks and to cook for picky young diners. The breakfast was limited, but adequate. Love the open concept bathrooms. But the management should look into putting in mosquito netting over the beds, as we had mozzy bites despite the foggings and sprays at turndown service.
Service is perfect. All staff were sincere, warm and friendly and go out of their way to help, and fullfill our requests. From setting up the PS4 for the kids, providing toys for water play... etc... In particular, Agus from the butler team, helped tremendously with restaurant reservations, transport arrangements and spa arrangements. Gede from the Gong restaurant, provided us with salt&pepper and cooking oil, which we had forgotten to buy. He also ensure that all the groceries that we ordered were prepared and in our villa upon check-in. we would have loved to have in-villa dining on some of the nights, but the meals were a little expensive.
Overall , the whole family didn't want to leave at the end of the 6 night stay.
