Absolute amazing location walking distance from Kings cross. Ok breakfast not amazing but has all the basics (english breakfast, yoghert, fruits, some pancakes, croissants) Hotel is overal comfortable and very good value for money given the location

Hôtel très bien situé. Proche métro, bus… il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner et manger les autres repas. Quartier animé avec beaucoup de commerces. Le contact avec le personnel s’est très bien passé.

Nous avons été étonné qu'un passage ne soit pas fait chaque jour dans les chambres afin de changer les poubelles. Nous avons vu le dernier jour sur un petit papier qui se trouvait dans la chambre qu'il fallait demander à la réception que le ménage soit effectué.... Il serait judicieux d'en informer la clientèle autrement que sur un petit papier que l'on ne regarde pas forcément....

The staff is great and the breakfast is good. Our only issue is that we had to fight the temp in our room a bit. The staff helped and did a good job but it would cut off constantly (motion detection maybe) at night and the room would get very warm. As I said the staff was very attentive to the situation.
