6/10 Good

Bed and bedding were both comfortable and clean. Bedroom and kitchen area were clean. Despite the rooms just being updated the person they hired to complete the work did a poor job. Looks like they rushed painting and missed spots on the wall. Poor caulking work around the sink and shower. Discoloured caulking around the tub because the curved shower curtain rod extends beyond the tub area and drips water all over the tile floor which appears to be ongoing issue that has not been addressed. No counter top in the bedroom. Pool area and reception was clean and taken care of.

We’d go again!
We enjoyed our stay. There’s no sign for the entrance or drive through pull in - but once inside the staff are very welcoming and kind. Housekeeping and all staff we encountered throughout the building were kind & seemed happy. The renovation to our room was perhaps incomplete or done a bit poorly- however, the room was comfortable and clean - very clean! The restaurant within the resort was both reasonably priced and to be honest better than many so called high-end restaurants we just suffered through in Niagara. Recommend!

The property has an amazing location with ample parking and beautiful views overlooking the bay. There were a lot of facilities on site including play area for kids, barbeque area, gym and more. The pool area has a 1.4m deep pool, along with a smaller pool with warm water, and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There was a fun water slide as well. The rooms were very spacious and stocked up with ample toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The beds were very comfy. The only issue we had was that the air conditioner wasn't cool enough.

It was nice. I was disappointed that the water slide was closed (one of the reasons why we chose the hotel was the pool/slide). The pool is also very sharps all around the edges and each one of us needed bandages when we left because we were cut on them. Should be repainted/fixed.

Fun and active vacation at Living Water
We had a great stay at the resort. We used the gym, pool, hot tub, fire pit, water slide, outdoor pool at the golf course, rented bikes from the golf course, enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop patio, ate brunch at the restaurant and did the AquaPath at the spa. Our one bedroom suite was very spacious and well equipped. The balcony was great. The staff was always helpful and pleasant. The public areas of the property could use an update with respect to furnishings and decor. The cleanliness could be improved such as in the corners of the bathroom, the indoor pool and hot tubs and the entrance chandelier to the resort. We did have a very good time and would like to visit the resort again.

It was a good hotel apartment for the price, with frindly staff. The only negative experience was that the elevators were only working to the 4th floor and not the 6th floor.

2/10 Poor

The stay was terrible. The hotel was very depressing, and the rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor. It resembled an old condo, and we could clearly hear conversations and bathroom noises from the next room. We had to extend our stay due to an emergency, and the hotel made an error on the invoice. Although we were told over the phone that the price would remain the same, they failed to update it in their system. As a result, we had to wait nearly an hour at checkout to explain the situation and adjust the invoice. We stopped arguing the front desk lady for the right exact amount for refund and ended up getting less money as it was not worth the time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

There is a $12/day "resort fee" that was not disclosed upon check in. Had to pay extra if you wanted towels or bedding changed. After having to move rooms due to a wasp issues in our room, we were not comped anything. Nothing special. Might as well stay at a chain hotel.

The room advertised a kitchen, but the kitchen is besides the bed. No housekeeping included UNLESS you spend 7 days. The outdoor pool is not in premises, the indoor pool is mostly enclosed. Still under renovations.
