The hotel is nice, we just stayed for two nights, May 2025 it was out of season, they were starting to make repairs and clean up the property. The rooms were spacious and clean. I’m sure during their peak periods, the hotel is rocking, I highly recommend this place to everyone

E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione. Colazione con salato e dolce. La cena, con primo e secondo a scelta, molto buoni. La struttura mette inoltre a disposizione il servizio di noleggio gratuito bici per fare una girata sulla comodissima ciclabile. Nel complesso ottima soluzione, consigliato.

Mi è piaciuta molto la piscina, pulita e comoda per chi ha bimbi piccoli in quanto dotata di una zona di acqua molto bassa. Il personale molto disponibile e cortese dalla reception, al bar, al ristorante. L'animazione purtroppo molto basilare, soprattutto quella serale, abbiamo assistito ad una sola serata musicale in tutta la settimana. La spiaggia dove avevamo i lettini non era purtroppo

Pulizia della mansarda scarsa nonostante le 45 euro che si prendono per le pulizie finali il personale indifferente quando è stato comunicato che era sporco e le mansarde troppo buie in più mi è stato prima detto che potevo portare il cane poi no xke taglia media quando sono arrivata c erano anche più grandi del mio

Il soggiorno a Casa del Mar è stato veramente piacevole, Roseto degli Abruzzi è molto tranquilla e perfetta per la vacanza in famiglia, i nostri figli si son veramente goduti mare, piscina ed animazione.

Dejlig strandferie

Flotte lejligheder. Veludstyret køkken. Dejlig strand. Skønne terrasser, særligt dem med udsigt over havet. Venligt personale. Et rigtigt godt sted til en strandferie. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor centrum, og det er en fordel med bil, hvis man vil på udflugter. Men også et dejligt sted bare at slappe af.

Relax in famiglia

il personale del residence è cordiale. -nella stanza al nostro arrivo mancava il quinto letto chiesto in prenotazione. -la televisione non funziona... -il parcheggio del residence molto bello e all'ombra non viene "consigliato" -la strada un pò dietro adibita a parcheggio esterno, al sole, invece si! - c'è il parcheggio sotterraneo... non viene proposto :( cose positive: -GLi appartamenti sono belli. preferibili per mangiare a pranzo e a cena quelli sul retro... sono dotati di verande spaziose e all'ombra -l'aria condizionata funziona molto bene -la cucina e l'arredamento sono buoni -i disservizi superabili ma vanno sistemati per i futuri ospiti
