Smelled of cigarette the minute we walked in, same with the "non smoking" rooms. It was so bad we didn't even unpack our suitcases. We were supposed to stay for 4 days, we didn't even stay an hour. On the plus side we were refunded 3 of the 4 nights we booked.

Don't stay here!!
Older hotel with incredibly unhelpful and surly staff. Breakfast buffet included which consists of toast, jam, coffee tea and orange juice only. Coffee and tea was not offered in common area as advertised. Only from 7-10 in breakfast room. Wi-fi worked only now and then . Really bad. The TV was archaic with an awful picture. No kettle. Furniture in the room was hammered. Only plus was the crispy white linen and new pillows. Pool are needs lots of work... With TLC and staff training this has the potential to be nice.

Very average hotel with disinterested staff
The guy on reception was far more interested in the game on his phone than checking us in. We understood that as we were arriving on the day of the kings funeral, shops & restaurants might be closed, so we asked if they knew where we may be able to pick up some dinner - this was met with a snigger and “you might be able to get something in the hotel but I don’t know” - you’re the one that works in the hotel?!
The room was okay - spacious and good to have AC and a fridge. Big king bed, quite comfortable, but the sheets were stained. WiFi only worked in the corridor.
Breakfast constituted tea, coffee and toast.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable + shopping!
I expected only basic amenities at this hotel, given that it is an airport hotel. Everything was was completely satisfactory to me, except the (instant) coffee. However, there are coffee shops within a short walking distance, as well as restaurants and a large shopping mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and clean and the bed very much to my liking (firm). It was generally quiet, and I had a good rest.

Not what we anticipated
We knew we paid very little for this hotel so didn't have high expectations. However, free breakfast was toast and coffee, and while it said no smoking, the smell was so strong we had to leave and find another hotel. The hotel wouldn't work with us and refused to refund us for our unused night. We were disappointed.

Airport resident 2
The hotel location was near a mall, a plaza and maybe 30 mins from airport. The front desk barely spoke English and the breakfast was just bread, orange jam, coffee, tea and biscuits. Nothing worth coming down for. The room was a decent size for 2 people, the bed was hard but the AC was decent. The walls were thin so you heard everything that went on in the hallway. The location was poor, bad neighborhood but close to the touristy street koasan street? Which had tons of shops and food. The location was also near by the Grand palace and wat pho. Walkable but hot...

Good views of the city
This hotel has great views from the upper floors. Very quiet and clean but the beds are terrible......it's like sleeping on a box spring! No microwave in room so heating up food required a trip down to the lobby. Tiny refrigerator an tv, but has more closes storage than most bedrooms. Price is good for what you get.

Close the the Airport, malls and inner city
This hotel is newer construction... but Thai construction. Beds are hard and not so comfortable. Rooms are large... TV small. Each room has a balcony. However there is a lot of construction on one side... NOISE. The other side faces a very busy road.
It's clean ... location to the airport is good. Not easy to get transportation (Tuk Tuk etc).... you have to walk 5 min to the Mall. Which is not so bad. Overall it is convenient ... and at a good price. They do not have HAIR DRYERS at all... none at the front desk either.
Its a good, clean budget hotel

Far too noisy
Unbelievably loud noise from the road, the windows might have well not been there. Because of this I could not sleep all night. The noise from the road was driving me crazy. Hotel needs to install soundproofing. Such a shame as I liked it at first.
