The stay was fine but the airport transfer driver was late. He arrived at the hotel at 10.50am. I saw him pull up but hotel staff told me to wait. The driver left to “drop someone somewhere” and was late returning for the 11am shuttle. I had a flight to catch at 12pm and check-in closed at 11.15am — and the driver arrived back at the hotel at 11.12am. It was pretty frustrating.

It was a pleasure staying here. The staff and the service are really what makes this the best place to stay. Each interaction was awesome, everyone was so welcoming, professional and friendly. The breakfast was great, there was clearly some thought put into making sure that one would not be bored with the options. There is also a mall two minutes' walk away. Finally, my room was cleaned every day and i felt assured that every effort was made to make sure everything was always clean. I would definitely recommend.
