The property was really nice, nicer than the pictures and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is located right across from Santa Fe mall and also is in close proximity to a lot of places we visited. Really enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. The only drawback is that I wish it had more breakfast options but otherwise perfect.

Good location in front of a large shoping mall with good stores and dinning (informal) options. Metro is 10 minutes away walking, it seems to be safe. We use it and it is convenient and clean (avoid rush hours). The hotel is a bit far from "El poblado" shoping and restaurant área and also far from downtown. Downtown Medellín did not feel too safe.

Paid for a king size bed and they put us in a smaller bed. check in was suppose to be at 3:00pm and at 6:00pm a was still waiting for room accomodation. Breafast was limited, unhealthy and poor.
