I booked my school group in at this hotel and could not have been happier with how well they accommodated us. The staff were exceptional in ensuring everyone had a comfortable room arrangement and breakfast each morning. Rare that you find a team where the genuine care is the most evident quality. The supervisors each shift along with the very friendly bar guy - - all seemed to go out of their way to ensure me, my wife and our small travelling student debate team - was well taken care of. Things like this go the distance in our modern world. You all made some great memories for these young people - well done team at Sheraton Four Points. Will definitely book again if we back in the area!
