I absolutely love this place. Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Only thing I would add for improvement is inside the room. There needs to be something inside the shower to set amenities on instead of the floor. The fridge needs to placed on a table or stand and definitely needs a small microwave. I will definitely be back next year😊

This place is amazing! It’s such a breath of fresh air compared to the older dustier options in Eureka Springs. The wellness focus, the pool, the paths in the forest, the sauna! It’s where I will for sure be staying everytime I visit now. And the rooms are so clean and luxurious. I cannot recommend it enough

This is definitely a hidden gem in Eureka Springs. Everything from the office staff to the rooms was amazing. The most comfortable hotel beds & pillows you will ever find. The girls recommended us to get on the trolley in front of the hotel #18 instead of trying to drive & find parking downtown & they were so right!!! Saved us so much time & $$. Recommended us their favorite local restaurants. 5 star!!!!!!

I thought it was a little pricey for what you got. Biggest bummer is there are no microwaves in the room, no ice dispenser, no vending machine, no table in the room, and no dresser. Also no hot tub. But the room and place is nice and quiet. Staff is wonderful but kinda limited hours. And people complain about the bumpy parking lot because of tree roots which is kinda bad but I have a truck and it didnt bother me. Just like crazy speed bumps. I would not recommend street view unless you want quick access and dont mind a little noise.

Great stay! I can tell they're still making many improvements to the property and adding many more amenities but we had a nice stay even as is. The location is good, not too busy but still close to a lot. It has a nice piece of woodsy property with trails that really make it peaceful. My only recommendation with all the updates they are doing is maybe add a lamp where people can put chargers or USB capable outlets with easy access for charges. In our room. We struggled to get to the outlets.

We have the following thoughts on this property. A larger sign on the road would make it easier to find. Using a code to access the room was very nice although there was a problem getting the code. This seems to have been going on for a few weeks. The room was nicely decorated and clean. We would have liked drawers for clothing. The property is referred to as a “spa.” Our interpretation was a ɔuiet environment. Sarurday night a live rock band performed outside. We also had energetic upstairs neighbors who sounded like they were jumping up and down. This went on until near midnight. On site management leaves at 10 pm so there was no one to call.

The room was extremely cute, with awesome activities located on the grounds. Check-in is very easy. You will receive a code for the door via email. That way you can go directly to your room upon arrival. The only negative experience that we had was no fault of the staff at the hotel. It concerned the very loud people in the room above us. (I nicknamed them Stompy and Clank.) They were constantly clunking around the room, even at 2:00 AM. The room wasn't very big, so I have no idea why they needed to move around so much. Get what you need and sit your loud self down! Overall, I recommend this unique spot. Hopefully Stompy and Clank will not be returning any time soon. 😉

I'll admit that I wasn't excited about it being a motel style with the doors opening to the outside, but the rooms were clean and nice and the outdoor area with the firepit and fun lights was inviting. It's obvious that the new owners have done a lot of work on this property! We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very inviting and the pool furniture was much nicer than what you would normally find at a motel. A/C worked well, but the humidity was still felt inside. The staff was available by text or email and very responsive to any questions that we had and always had suggestions when asked. Our room had a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffeemaker. Apparently this might vary depending on the room that you book, so you might have to ask. Overall, this was a nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend!

The entire property is being remodeled. We were notified the day before our stay that key amenities (pool, spa, breakfast, etc.) would be unavailable. Cancellation was offered, but we only needed a place to sleep, so we stayed. We arrived around 3 p.m. while crews were still working, and their music carried across the property until about 5 p.m. The rooms appeared recently finished but still had strong paint/off-gassing odors. Our biggest issue was the exterior doors—no weather stripping or thresholds, with visible gaps letting in daylight (and potentially bugs or small animals). Only one room in our row had a proper seal; I was able to switch rooms. Each room had a porch light but no switch to control it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The AC/heat worked well and was fairly quiet. No fridge in the room, though one was available in a shared laundry area. Soundproofing is poor—we could clearly hear neighbors above us early in the morning and late at night. There was also debris scattered on the hillside outside. Nearby dining helped salvage the stay—McGarity’s was excellent. The fire pit area was enjoyable, though lacking proper extinguishing resources per posted rules. Overall, not a terrible stay, but it didn’t live up to the name, photos, or expectations. Might be worth revisiting after renovations are complete.

Stayed at the Forest Springs Inn for a girls trip. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool, sauna, and hammocks were our favorite. It was nice to check out of reality and leave our troubles and work stress behind. It was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff. The facility was undergoing a major remodel. My room was done but smelled really strongly of chemicals (new paint, new floors, new everything) and it was overwhelming for me. I opened the window, but there weren’t screens, and since this is still a motel, it wasn’t super safe. I think the smell (and hopefully screens) will be fixed soon but it might be best to wait a little longer until things are sorted. The room did have really soft towels and a lovely bathrobe and I loved access to the sauna and cold plunge.

I wish I could give 6 stars instead of 5. This property is a hidden gem! - In the very back of the resort are gravel covered walking trails, two person hammocks, a sauna and a very chilly plunge pool (I didn't try them due to a heart condition, but I was tempted). - The rooms and beds are amazing. Very clean and comfortable and I could have stayed in the walk-in shower all day. - VERY dog friendly! They have a grassy dog walk area and have a poop bag dispenser (only dogs that travel with their owners know what that is). I bet we saw at least six or seven dogs in addition to our elderly pug. - Really nice pool area. Even if you don't swim in the pool, the seating areas are very cozy and relaxing. I sat out there a couple of times just reading a book. - Great location that allows quick trips in both directions to attractions like The Great Passion Play and historic downtown Eureka Springs. There are some really good places to eat right across the street, especially for breakfast, and about a tenth of mile down the road is an amazing restaurant called McGarity's Restaurant & Irish Pub (be sure to make reservations). - The courtyard was my absolute favorite. A grassy area with a huge firepit, comfortable outdoor chairs, a covered platform which actually was a stage for live music Saturday night that was amazing! I hope they continue that because it was a nice way for adults, kids, and dogs to enjoy an evening outdoors in a safe environment. We will return!

We had a wonderful stay at Forest Springs Resort and will definitely be back. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The entire concept of the resort creates a peaceful, relaxing retreat while still being conveniently close to downtown Eureka Springs. We especially enjoyed the sauna, pool, and the live music on Saturday night. Sitting around the fire surrounded by string lights while listening to live music created such a fun and inviting atmosphere. We traveled as a family of four with our 8- and 12-year-olds. While the resort seems like a perfect getaway for couples, it was also a great fit for our family and we all had a fantastic time. A special thank you to Summer, who made our checkout quick and easy. She was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend Forest Springs Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Eureka Springs!

Very cool place. They are still in the process of renovating but getting closer. Loved that it was pet friendly. The only complaint is the wifi in building 4 was very very slow. Not sure how it is in the other buildings. Would definitely stay here again. We didn’t do the cold plunge or sauna but many did and they said it was great!!
