⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay for Transit Travelers! I had a great experience at KLIA by Avery. The 24-hour concierge service is incredibly convenient, and the hotel is super close to the airport – only about a 15-minute drive! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to grab a meal or essentials. Highly recommended for anyone with a layover or early flight!

Check was good. Room was very basic, bed linen clean and comfortable however toilet water was turned off as there has been an ongoing problem with water leaking for some time and not being kixed. This was obvious as there was standing on tiles. I can't understand why it is not fixed.

This is advertised as a hotel. It’s NOT. BUT…a load of brand new apartments, unsold, that are rented out. Check in at front desk - NO. Some guy who came down in lift, then showed us to a locked apartment. We had to go to another (smaller) room. The same guy failed ‘twice’ to meet us next day to ‘check out’ and return the cash deposit. Still waiting for this to arrive in my account. The ‘one night’ flight-layover will be at a different place next time.

This is not a hotel. No reception. I had to deal with bunch of people through WhatsApp, and it did not work smooth. Waited long time to receive the key while exhausted from long flight plus 20 minutes to this place from the KLIA with traffic jam at 7:30 pm. Not recommended for short stay near the airport.
