The motel itself was great. So was the staff. But when I booked this room, it said it was in Medora ND. Problem was that it is really 30 miles east of Medora, so we drove 60 miles in the wrong direction. Not very happy about that.

I think the hotel has received a bad rap recently. It is a 2* hotel not a 5*. Maintenance was a little lacking missing light bulb in bathroom and paint spilled while painting on the carpet in my room but seemed clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly enough and no issues. For the location and convenience to freeway I had no complaints and would stay again without hesitation.

It was exactly what we needed, someplace not too far from the Roosevelt National Park and library, and not crazy expensive. :) It was better than we expected based on what other reviews said. Yes it's an older property, but the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we got a great night sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. We checked in late and it was no problem.

I had a great experience at Roosevelt Hotel in Wibaux, Montana. The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel had a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, and the service made the visit pleasant and convenient. The location is easy to access, and the overall hospitality was excellent. A terrible experience- the TV did not work, the wall mounted AC blew directly on the bed, no hair dryer, chipped furniture, chipped and discolored sink, disorganized breakfast with cold coffee and tiny coffee cups.
