Griffin was very helpful and responsive. It is a good central location if you are trying to visit Zion and/or Bryce Canyon.

Ideally I don't have to call and leave messages to get the self check-in instructions once I've arrived. Liked the room, but just getting inside it was a bit more hassle than I'd prefer given I was tired and hot from a long day of travel

Perfect for a quick stop to get some zzz’s before heading up to northern UT. Not a lot of frills, but great for the price.

Very PEACEFUL. Conveniently located to needs and wants. Perfect size for single person or a couple. Plan to stay again in the future. Recommended:4 out of 5.

2/10 欠佳

I booked the roomearlier that day as I was riding my Harley home from Sturgis, scenic route. I got there after riding 10 hours through two thunderstorms, and then had to use a QR code to get into my room. I have no idea how to use a QR Code, let alone do it hungry, tired and cold. The new management was of zero help. Told me to log in, check my email that he had sent me earlier... I had ZERO patience. No HELP, and got locked out of my room for being upset. I had to go get another room that late at night. What a joke. Still haven't received my refund.

2/10 欠佳

Strange hotel, recently lightly remodeled with very mixed results. No sink in bathroom. Door to bathroom wouldn't close. Doors lack deadbolts. Windows lack safety bars. 30' feet from highway. Across street from cemetery. Flanked by construction zones. No on-site office. Check in is done via text. Learned all this upon arrival. If you need a place to crash, it's probably fine. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

2/10 欠佳

When we arrived the door (opens to street) was open to our touch. It was supposed to have been locked and then opened with a code. We walked inside and was very disappointed with condition of room, dingy, queen beds were only inches apart, carpet stained, and the door wouldn't lock from the inside except a chain lock mounted to frame with 2 screws. We didn't feel safe and decided to just leave. I sent a message to the person that sent us the door code that we were leaving (no front desk). We went down the street and got a room at the Holiday Inn Express. I tried to contact Hotels.com with chat and was told we couldn't cancel our reservation. I won't use Hotels.com again. I expect to be able to get a decent room through your site. Very disappointed. This is the second time we've gotten a room that was horrible, the first was a couple of years ago- there were cockroaches climbing the walls in that room. We were able to get our money back that time. Pam Everett
