Good, but not great
Great little cabin, clean but no special amenities like a real coffee mug. Also, saw a mouse.

This is a little older property, but what a fantastic place. Staff was awesome, and one of the most comfortable beds i have slept on. And its at the edge of east Zion.. doesnt get much better than that

We like the location. Near the property we can get to an overlook observation point of Zion park which cannot be reached from park. The wood cabin is simple and pretty comfortable although we feel a little inconvenient having to walk to pub bath room during night.

If EAST Zion is what you're looking for...
This place was far outside the EAST entrance to the park. Important to note because it pops up on searches for places to stay in Springdale and Zion. Springdale is a 45 minute drive away. A beautiful drive through the park, but a real pain when you want to have dinner in Springdale where most of the restaurants are. Also where most of your activities will be.
I should have done my research. But... They are also one of the only places with a less than fully-refundable policy. So by the time I did my research (within 10 days of our trip) it was too late to get my money back.
If you want to be on the EAST side of Zion, this place is.. fine. Although the bed was definitely uncomfortable and we weren't even at the hotel long enough during the day to try the pool or any of the other amenities. We spent much of our time driving to and from Springdale.

This property was amazing, very nice private cabin, no individual bathrooms, but nice shared bedrooms, and a very nice location and view. Excellent food options, and delicious included breakfast. Lots of outdoor activities including basketball courts, tennis court, volleyball, and mini golf. Also had horses and goats wandering in areas where you could visit and pet.
Highly recommend this property for families. Will go back
