Fabulous choice for our first night in China. Comfortable bed. Dark room. Excellent shower. Disappointed to to arrive in time for afternoon tea and leave before breakfast. Tom offered us to grab us a takeaway which was a lovely thing to do but we declined. Staff were very helpful.

Fantastic hotel! Everything about this hotel is ideal, from the design to the amenities and to the staffs. It doesn't even feel like a hotel, but a home away from home. I wish all the travellers ' hotels in the world are just this one. The food (it offers three meals a day and afternoon tea!). The food choices are abundant and well prepared. Every employee attends to you with the utmost patience and respect. Chengdu is a wonderful city to visit. This hotel will definitely make your stay a memorable one. Our special thanks to the front desk Lina. Her smile makes you forget the thousands of steps each day.

The staff communicate with the guests via WeChat. The communication was smooth. The breakfast selection was good. They're fresh. They have a barista behind the coffee station asking your favorite cup of joe with fresh ground coffee. We had a great experience here for myself and my grown teens.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located in the middle of the city. Walking distance or quick DiDi ride to Taikoo Li/Chunxi Road/Anshun Bridge, People's Park/Chengdu Museum or Wenshu Monastery. Had a Deluxe room for 6 days and it was a comfortable and welcoming place to unwind. New, plenty of space, good view and quiet but efficient A/C. Super helpful staff, who will help you with all your needs or questions, mostly by translating on their phone (quite standard in China). Housekeeping on 30th floor was exemplary. The room was spotless and completely replenished with great attention to detail - every single day. We have stayed at countless 4- and 5-star hotels over the years, but have rarely seen such attention to detail. Very well done!!
