Cheap for a reason
Very rundown and poorly maintained, lots of mould and very mouldy smelling - linen was fresh but the mouldy smell and general uncleanliness made it quite uncomfortable. Cheap, so to be expected.

A beautiful place neglected
Beautiful place but not maintained. Trash was overflowing. Room service plates were left outside the door for 2 days or more. Swimming pool did not have a working pump

This property seems to be a front for money laundering. It’s well built but badly maintained. Do not bother visiting it even though it looks like a good deal at the given price point.

The hotel seems a little run down, the wallpaper in our hotel room was torn and there were many cracks in the wall. phone wasnt working in the hotel. the pool wasnt clean and the fruits from the trees kept dropping and hitting our sliding door which startled us at first. also made us not want to go out through the sliding door in fear of being hit by them. but despite this the room was really comfortable and the service was great, filled with many friendly staff. the local area is quiet and peaceful with a nice beach which was a 15 minute walk away. good for those that do not want to be in a heavily touristed area. cheap area too since the prices area twice/three times more expensive in kuta (heavily touristed areas). however its not a well lit place so we had to grab back to our hotel since we couldnt see where we were going. would come back here again because it was really comfortable for us and the staff were really friendly. not for those who have reallyhigh standards though

I stayed 9 days in Jan 2019 with 7 friends and was happy enough with my spacious and clean room but was disgusted that the pool was green and impossible to swim in. It was like a frog pond. Even though we complained, it was unswimmable for our entire visit. The breakfast area is quite dingy / dirty and had dead cockroaches on the floor. The breakfast food was limited and very bland in flavour. I would not recommend this hotel

lost charms
The place original design had a good intent and thoughtful. however, the conditions of the propriety desperately needs some love and care. it is not well maintained everywhere you look. upholstery of the furnishing is filthy, walls and ceiling stained, pilling off panels, and wall-covers... it was most disappointing to see the conditions. it seams as people who works there - does not take pride and joy.

Run Down - Not a 4star
The property is extremely run down. The pool is falling apart with tiles missing, it also wasnt cleaned while we were there and has turned green. Room service plates where left outside rooms for days before anyone took them away. The rooms are nice but need a revamp. I would never recommend this property to any of my clients and I would recommend it was removed from Expedia until it is fixed up.

Okay but not nice
The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The sofa needed to be cleaned. the kitchen was fully stocked with what you need.
But, the walls were in need of repair and the balcony door was a problem to close.

Not a great expereience
Arrived at midnight exhausted to find our room ceiling was coated in mould. The smell was unbearable and hit you as soon as you opened the door. Added to this was the pungent aroma of fabric softener/detergent on the bed linen. Barely slept! Breakfast (thought it said was included) was non existent when we left at 7am. Sign on the door said due to changes at the hotel payment for breakfast was required. Pool was dirty and gardens looked run down.

Great value for money
Rooms are large and well equipped. Very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and has good security. Breakfast is very good and served quickly. Overall I really liked it. Only 3 down sides. 01. The location is a 10 minute walk to the beach 02. The pool is ugly and not well maintained 03. Some parts of the hotel are dirty and not well maintained, despite the building being only 5 years old. These points are offset by the economical price. Once you are in the room they don't matter.

It was okay.
Just needed a stay for shower n bed as we were out most of the time during the day. The place probably need some renovation. Breakfast would help if it was served earlier. Other than that, it was rather an 'okay' stay.

Run down hotel far from everything
To start with, the location is way too far from Kuta and it becomes quickly a nightmare to travel around as the traffic is unbearable. Any trip takes forever. A lot of time wasted in a car!
Then the state of the hotel is simply unacceptable compared to the photos still used on internet. If at least it was advertised as a very cheap place but having paid for a 4 star hotel, it was extremely disappointing and revolting!
It should be rated a 1 star hotel maybe.
Everything is falling apart, the hotel needs a complete renovation.
The staff was mainly friendly. After raising my issues, we had first been told we would be transferred to another hotel but in the morning we got told nothing could be done! I got hold of Expedia and we had to negotiate our way to another (fantastic) hotel in Kuta. That is the only positive thing that happened. I would not recommend that hotel unless you pay a very low price.

Our stay was ok. The room was very damp which made all of our clothes damp, and made it difficult to dry anything. Paid for a pool view but got a restaurant view, shower lacked power and kept changing temperature. Overall staff were very friendly but the room was disappointing.

Quiet location and walk to the beach
We only stayed here for one night on transit to Nusa Lemobongan but would happily come back again. Very reasonable price for 2 bedrooms/two bathrooms. If you want 5 star then this is not for you as things could do with a bit of a makeover but if youre budget conscious then its very comfortable. Very quiet locaton and only 10 minutes walk to beach and local shops and Warungs. Less hectic than Seminyak and legian, and as usual the Indonesians can never do enough for you.

Not as described
We reserved a room with 2 beds and got one with only one bed.
We stayed there 4 days.
The room was not very clean and very humid.
Staff was not very friendly and not helpful.
Hotel advertized a free shuttle, but it was broken for 4 days.
Hotel advertized located 5 minutes from the beach, it's more than that - around 15 min and the beach there is so dirty, we have to walk annoter 15 to 20 minutes.
Hotel offers free bicycle for rent however tires were flatted.
Far from village center.
We didn't appreciated our stay. We'll won't go back there.
